So I met this girl, she seemed normal at first but about a month or 2 in I start realizing she's never out of bed before 1 or 2pm. She then takes a 2 or 3 hour nap at 6pm.

Like how can anyone even live like that. I feel bad but I broke it off immediately.

Yikes. Who knows what she was struggling with. Depression or even a severe sleeping disorder. It’s good you ended it early, that way you can find someone who is more in sync with you and she can maybe find some help.
