Native Treaties are Legitimate

I recently saw a CMV on this on Reddit, and I couldn't respond. Honestly, if I had I probably would've been ignored or downvoted into oblivion. One popular argument i"m seeing there is one that the US has loved ever since they tried forcing my ancestors onto smaller slices of land: we sometimes conquered other tribes. I won't deny it. From what my band (nation) has said we conquered the Kickapoo people, and so our southern dialect is influenced by them. Our southern dialect is more phonetic and stuff. Apparently it's also impolite to confuse the two dialects. All that said, far as your treaties go that's irrelevant.

I don't see anyone out disputing European national borders due to previous conflicts. Isn't Scotland trying to get into the EU even though Great Britland or the UK left? There are two Irelands due to conflict. From what a transfer student from Norway told me plenty of European nations were taken from their indigenous people too. Maybe that's why it's problematic though, eh? Europeans have been savages stealing their land for so long that maybe the US should ignore the treaites they agreed to all those years ago?

Moreover, where does the influence of Europe, which would include England, Spain, and France fit into how these conflicts impact which tribes are legitimately on their own land? All of them loved to get involved in our conflicts one way or another and then back off before it could blow up in their faces. Shit like the French and Indian war was directly influenced by Europeans even if they didn't directly fight. Even after the US formed they took on similar tactics. They "bought" land from an illegitimate Iroquois nation, so then who deserves that land? How about the conflicts they got involved with over cattle that eventually created Crazy Horse? Red Cloud tried to warn your asses but being the savages you Europeans are you ignored him, and that was after he beat the US Army.

And why is it that the people now making these arguments are the same ones who argue against ICE? Have they forgotten the Mexican-American War? Operation Wetback? Shit isn't new and pretending to care now isn't cute. Shit, you had the conquistadors from Spain fucking shit up well before America came along and decided they could expand their territories in the name of their God (manifest destiny). Except, eventually some of those priests realized they were fucking shit up and started trying to reverse what little damage they could.

So, what makes America so pure and righteous? They already hold bands to a near impossible level of proof to obtain any claim to land they may have. Moreover, those records are usually revolving around what priests or US government officials from the time have decided. You trust God when it comes to land expansion, but not giving back land? Or are you one of those edgy atheists who don't believe at all? To that I'd ask for your answer to the mind-body problem, but you're probably a physicalist with no desire to even touch upon all its limitations. It's just a convenient retort against manifest destiny, but if you don't have the word of God then what do you have?

I guess I shouldn't be surprised though by the same people who put black people and black people alone on a pedestal among all minorities.

The generational trauma making it an achievement to live past 24 on the rez is now irrelevant.
The drug abuse, alcohol abuse, and morbid obesity leading to the lowest QoL and life expectancy rates are irrelevant.
The lowest attainments of education, both primary and secondary are irrelevant. In fact, black people graduate with a BS nearly 2:1 compared to their native counterpart.

Yet, Reddit feminists cannot see past black people. Russell Means was calling this shit out in the UN and to Congress before your God Empress Emma Watson was born. I loved it in his 1989 speech where he points out how he's the only person in that room who wasn't being paid by the US federal government. The guy did take over the BIA and call it the "Native American Embassy" while destroying documents though. That shit is badass, and the sort of shit you dumbass liberals need to see first hand apparently.

So, I'd sarcastically if this is where you want to be when she puts on her ballet flats and descends her ivory tower, but of course you would. Why wouldn't you? She and her ancestors are savages that expand their empires in the name of their God and do us all a favor by merely existing. Their treaties aren't worth the paper they're written on by design. The word of their god changes as often the direction of the wind blowing, but it's divine. Except for those who believe all the content of our thoughts are fully created by the firing of neurons alone. Being happy =/= having an imagination, but wouldn't expect any different from mouth breahting redditors who think smart people study their native language for decades. I mean it'd be one thing if English was dying like Neshnabe, but it's thriving all across the globe.

On that note, it's also funny how if a brit messes up between 'plaster' and 'band-aid' it's just a point of confusion. However, it's kind of insulting if I use 'bama-bi' instead of 'bama-pi' to the wrong person. Funny how savage cultures like mine can be a little more considerate of others and their backgrounds. For what it's worth: bama-pi/bama-bi means "See you later," because you don't tell family "Good bye." "Good bye" is a sort of finalization that doesn't make sense with family. Just another little fun fact about a language and culture no one gives a fuck about.

I'm aware I didn't and wouldn't change their view. CMV is mostly a misnomer where they award "well ackschully" energy rather than legitimate arguments. Anyway, you're welcome. I'm sure my people will continue to fight your wars at a rate per person higher than any other race regardless of how Europeans have treated us.
