My father with anger issues

I got caught up in an argument with my father. He said that he feels like a failure of a parent because I have anger issues. I just stood there not wanting to say a word. He demands that I speak whatever is in my heart. I addressed his anger issues that has long been overdue. Long overdue. Well he ended up screaming at me, ironically and yeah now he thinks that im a shitty kid with an anger issue. idk dad maybe i learned it from you, maybe every time i do something remotely wrong you just burst out in anger, and when I, your son who is three times younger than you, tries to address your issue in hopes that you can finally realize the problem, you just end up screaming at the top of your lungs denying everything. How ironic. You want me to point out when you've gone mad at me, I really wanted to say, well dad, right now, but I manned up and stormed off. that's all, i still love you, just.... I don't know, i just think you need professional help. But of course you'll just think to yourself that you're always right.
