Mental age is bullshit
If a person has downs syndrome or a brain injury that inpaired development then that is valid.If someone is a spoiled, able bodied, deadbeat, loser, fuckup who behaves like a spoiled piece of shit, there is no "mental age" at play. Some grown adult who chooses to behave like a teenager because they've always been enabled IS NOT a disability. The claim of mental age for a retard like this is only allowing them to be terrible.
