Men who don't act like "MAN"

Well I date this guy who is my colleague. We both earn the same and while he give his whole money to his home. I give half and keep half. So basically I spend more. My problem is I hate when he doesn't stand up when we both dont have money. Example, once I ate more and didn't know I dont have enough money and this guy was broke too. Now i expect him to borrow money and pay or atleast try to ask someone but no he stands there saying oh even I dont have. And im here calling everyone to get money. Then he has the audacity to blame me for eating more without checking my finances. Another incident, we went for a stay to spend some alone time. Here we lack some money and he is like oh what should we do. Obv I borrowed and paid but when I said atleast try to give 10 percent of it so I can pay back and he is like no I don't have. Like not even I will try thing. Then he wants me to act FEMININE.. The fuckk is wrong with u guyss
