The rest of us wouldn't even get a appointment in 2 months much less a surgery. The rich and elite get on top of everything and we are left the the crumbles. Universal healthcare won't change any of this in fact will probably make it worse, instead of waiting 2 months for an appointment you'll probably be at 3-4. The rich will have "concierge doctors" and are taken care of immediately.
