Its ok to not be ok. If you have to force it you arent. If you have a leader and people are still lost and confused you might want to reconaider the leader expecially if you think you have to force him down others throats as well maybe he is enabling you to be patronizing and thats only for your and in the end his ego. Things might end in tears for you.

Also thers god came down as crist and was taking risks and investing effort in helping people, he was not like all other gods distant from above giving advice. Althought im not a cristian this is a good analogy.
