I had my morning breakfast - whole grain wheat toast with one boiled egg and salt.
I am eating clean, losing weight and building muscle. Three in one.
The scale showed that I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks.
Now I am heading to the indoor track to run.
Tomorrow will be gym day to exercise the muscles.
Will also complete meal prep for the week.
