Lookism deniers are usually the ones that are benefited by such behaviors. It is difficult for them to accept that a large part of their success is a direct result of how their body is arranged in space.

That’s why they tend to be less competent and less intelligent. They essentially don’t need these qualities

Funny thing about this is…you can choose to be more attractive. Exercise and self-care aren’t your priorities, fine. Just don’t reduce others accomplishments. The most disgusting human being that ever lived has the highest office in the land. Tell me it’s about looks. Hell, raping kids doesn’t even disqualify you. Stop looking for excuses.

Then people are like "just exercise and diet more." Yeah, I'll get right on that working 10-12 hour shifts running heavy machines and shit 5-7 days a week so you can drive your gas guzzlers. Maybe I'll go into the trades so I can ruin my body for about as much money after I've bought all my own gear.

They really bitch about makeup and shit, but tell dudes who work 60+ hours a week to work even more lmao.

Men i think dont really benefit from looks in the workplace except from women open to sex to a degree but promotion no I'd say as a man i haven't seen any link between looks and promotion in men but women absolutely there is. If it apllied to men id be a ceo by now not bragging just i work extremely hard have qualifications but with men you need more then merit
