So based on reality, the Gold Coast Qld pro-congestion rent a crowd including a washed up surfer, was wrong in thinking building the much needed 4th Stage of the Light Rail well encourage over development when in fact it will encourage less motor vehicle use as evidence by Stage 1,2 and 3.
