and 25 is massively pushing it, and you have a Youtube/Facebook/Twitter/Insta/TikTok account and are begging for like, comment, subscribe. YOU ARE A FUCKING LOOOOOOSEERRRRRRRR.
I see these fucking 40 and 50 somethings begging for likes and it is the most pathetic shit in the world. I grew up in the days when YouTube was much smaller and more fun. When basically people would make shitty little videos using their parent's digital camera (smartphones were not commonplace yet) and you'd cobble it all together on Windows Movie Maker or UnregisteredHypercam2 and upload it. I had a shitty channel that has been gone for over 15 years. Despite this, I NEVER begged for likes or comments. Only shameless losers did in those days, and those people actually were few and far between at the time.
I just fucking laugh at how pathetic it is to see grown ass people, almost old enough to be my parents, making half-assed poorly researched videos that are basically a Wikipedia reading, and every five seconds they beg for likes. Not gonna happen. You will not be famous. You will not be able to sustain an income from ad revenue, even "big" channels fizzle out and don't make much. I saw all of this over a fucking decade ago. How are you this late to the party?
It really makes me feel better about being a lone wolf outcast at my current job. At least I'm not on YouTube making a fool of myself.
Hey. If you liked this video don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe to it. Also, use promocode "selloutDickhead" for 20%. Thanks.

I have a crap channel with bullshit experimental videos that I would not expect anyone to watch that I haven't uploaded to on a regular basis in the past 10 years. And I recently discovered that Youtube is rolling ads that I'm not getting paid for on some of those videos. Again, this is a crap channel that I never promoted for any reason and I certainly never tried to make money off it, but still the principle of it. Sigh... anonymous 1 hour ago
America gave up most of it's durable domestic goods manufacturing base 60 years ago and predictably a ton of bullshit rushed in to fill the void. 30-40 years ago it was a bunch of quacks who got their "degree" from the Hollywood Upstairs Medical College hawking books of junk "remedies" and stupid psychological fads. This still goes on. Today, it's the begging economy of "like and subscribe and support me on Patreon."
The consumer industrial base is never coming back to the U.S. despite what a con man like Donald Trump promises you. Asia has the lock on all of that. So....
Yeah, America is pretty boned in that regard right now. anonymous 56 minutes ago
