I m a bad person

I'm a bad person. I've dated girls just to break their hearts. I don't even feel bad about it. And I want to do it again. I just love the feeling of having someone wrapped around my finger and gaslighting them and then crushing their hearts. I need help and I'm talking to this super sweet girl and I'm scared I'll do the same to her. If you have any recommendations pls comment

Before those super sweet girls that gets scarred over and over again sometimes it's too much and they'll just break. It's not just keying your car anymore you get shot or stabbed so if you want to that then keep going your way I know that someone's going to end up doing that to you or you are metaphorically doing that to them.

Try finding a different outlet. if there's anything you can think of that brings you a sense of control, direct your attention to that. also, as cringy as it sounds, take a deep breath every once in a while. build a happy place that you can run to. I'm in EMDR for my trauma, and a happy place works a lot more than you would think. find an angle of yourself you don't hate. find a corner of your personality that brings you joy and keep it as a little thing to remember you're capable of doing. What you need is a therapist,not a girlfriend-id be mad asf if I was dating someone and found out they acted anything like yo emo-ass,go get professional help
