I hate when no one picks up jobs!

I hate when people are away and no one picks up their job for the day! It just makes me feel like I have to do that person job even though I hoping that they would be there or someone else picked it up to fill in. Yet no one did and now someone else has to fill in and that’s mostly me. Sometimes I think they do it on purpose because they just don’t want to do it at all. Also it’s The worst time of the year to take off work without a fill in. I hope next will be better because I don’t want anyone to be away before the holidays start or I’ll be in a bad mood and blame myself and everyone for it.
