I hate the neighbors and their dogs

I hate dog owners who let their dogs run around and just 'be dogs', as I'm sure they're fucking excuse it. This couple keeps picking up strays and bringing them home; so these are dogs that even THEY know nothing about. Which pisses me off, because WHY tf would you allow dogs that you do not know SHIT about that you've supposedly 'rescued' to run around a neighborhood. I guess because we don't have any kids to get injured, that they don't give a fuck.
Hell, even then, I 100% believe they'd still make excuses.
I don't know how many times people have to run these dogs off, yell at them, at the owner's before they actually fucking keep those dogs in a fence, chained up, or in house.
Even though, I highly doubt that would matter. Considering these pieces of shits can't even take care of their kids; have y'all ever heard of kids' needing to get ALL their teeth removed because it looks like they've been "chewing rocks"?
Based off how fucking irresponsible they are with their animals, I'm 100% positive this is true. I didn't witness it, nor was I told from their mouths, but it was told from the woman that they live with.

These fucking people moved in with this old ass, disabled woman not too long ago, and almost the entire neighborhood already fucking dislikes them. Except me; I fucking hate them. If you can't respect the neighborhood but keeping your nasty ass mutts in a fence (or inside), then you don't fucking need them.
I don't like going outside, (suck it up, I know) because every time, no matter the time of day, you walk outside and their SCREAMING at the kids or their fucking kids are SCREAMING. (I know, suck it up, they're just kids)

There was also a time the husband tried to blame our neighbor's cat for 'knocking up his female cat'. 1) Our neighbor's cat is female and she's fixed.
2) KEEP THE GOD DAMN CAT INSIDE

I'm praying they move and take their nasty ass mutts with them.
I'd report them, but I'm the only one who's a cunt enough to do it, so they'll know it was me. And based off their bs, I'm sure they'd retaliate by letting their dogs chase our horses (again).

I wish I was rich, so I could just move away. I know I'm the problem, in the end, but I still deserve to rant about how fucking stupid these people are!
