This is exactly what's wrong with the American education system. (Idk what country you're from). Bullying, too much work, and if the kids don't like you then oh well sucks to be you because you have to go back to the same place where you get tormented every single day!!!!!11

Yeah to the person above. That's why I dropped out. And got my GED. THOSE people?!! They KNOW the worth of a education from pretty much doing what the OP is railing against and what you mention. They see, later than never, that it all amounts to nothing and their life isn't good at all. So they then realize the true worth of getting a foundational education, and they put Japanese cram schoolers to shame. Make them look lazy and lackadaisical. I really treasure GED students always in my heart because 1, the students take NO shit about disruptions to their study. 2, they're rough. The majority of the students were like me at one time, homeless and in shelters. Or fresh outta jail. MAN, someone disrupted their studies with unnecessary interruptions, almost a fight breaking out. I DO not miss high school at all, and truthfully, the GED program made me pissed because I got taught in the core studies of what makes a nation, much less the world turn and function societally speaking, and none of the unnecessary harassment from students and useless ass projects and other shit. And cheap as fuck too, and even if the price is too high for alot of GED studiers, it will be 100% financed by non profits. So to OP, go the route I did and get a GED. You'll be thankful you did. Oh yeah, to expound on my pissedness: I learnt like the core stuff, which should still be Math, English, Social Studies, Science, and got my GED, with also independent self study after the daily classes, got it within a month. Instead of a YEAR SUFFERING WITH FUCKING BULLIES AND ASSHOLES!!!!! I would motivate anyone to go through that. The main reason why schools and the education system as a whole really fights against this is because it's an exit from suffering, as if you're escaping prison, but you're wrongfully convicted and sent there.
