I hate bosses who want to be liked
I think they are the most dangerous ones. They allow anything to go on, all because they want to be accepted. They play high school part 2 and pretend to be friends with dipshit losers. They let the trash ones say racial slurs. They allow any and everything. All out of this desire to be liked.The more corporate types won't allow the racial slurs, but they will let management under them who kiss their ass get away with anything shy a big time felonies that would get them into trouble.
