Okay as an Australian I disagree I care about America but about Israel or Palestine no it's got nothing to do with me so I don't care it's not that I'm not saying it's bad it just doesn't involve me don't make it my business right! Can't stand when people try to make it centre stage like we ought care. It's more I hear someone dies in general and I'm like that's sad yes sure... but nothing to do with me.

I really like that rant by OP. Succinct and to the point. If anything, this just makes people here more fearful and distrustful of each other. I had a woman with a hijab on look at me while we were waiting for the same bus. I was just moving around normally, but away from people because of this war bullshit making people crazy, she looks at me with big, fearful eyes, and when I got on the bus, she was nowhere to be found. She must've moved away when she saw me. So irrational, unnecessary fear brought on by this incessant media coverage eating it up like rabid fucking dogs and it's leaking into society. Before, she most definitely would've stayed at the bus stop and not cared about a guy moving around and just looking at his phone. So if people did like OP and not give two shits about these fuckers that will find any excuse to up and kill each other "In the name of peaceful religion", then societal behaviors towards strangers would be a bit more relaxed and pleasant instead of assuming everyone's out to get you in media induced paranoia.

Being a piece on the board keeping Iran from dominating the middle eastern world same as Venezuela/Cuba has worked tirelessly to destroy and will continue to destroy USA's standing in South and Central America to the point of driving Brazil and Mexico into the arms of Russia and almost all other American allies toward China's industrial network. And, Do you really think an isolationist, inward facing, 'proven to pull away when the going gets tough because foreign agents operating on rantrampage and other anon sites whine about overextension that isn't even a problem, the foreign position is budgeted for and paid off years in advance' "friendly so long as it suits us" diplomacy alone will win any credible influence over a financially massive and neutral (rather than problematic) history China in South America? Yeah it sucks to have world conflict. Never forget that Iran would absolutely do the same thing to us that Gazans did to Israel last week if they could. They'd get Mexican cartels to do it or Cubans or Haitians to come over in boats in swarms. That's ehat these foreign agents telling us to bury our heads like we did in the 90s want for us.
