I am upset

So my sister is pregnant and god knows I am so happy for her! My mother always wanted a son but she ended up with 2 daughters. So she was expecting my sister to have a baby boy. And she has a logic that if a husband loves his wife more, then they have a boy. And if it is vice versa, it is a girl. My sister had a baby boy, and I am happy for the fact that both her and the baby are happy! But now my mother is saying that my sister’s husband loves her so much, but seeing me and my husband, she can see I will have a baby girl. I am not offended by the thought of having a girl child, I always wanted a girl child! But I go t so offended by what she meant, that my husband does not love me enough. He may not, but it stings a little. I mean maybe he does not and it is evident to public eye, I still would not want to hear it. Maybe I am afraid that is the truth, that my husband does not love me dearly! Not all girls are lucky in love! But I cannot stop loving someone. I cannot! So I am annoyed by my mom pointing it out !!
