How about this idea?

Since politics has basically become a spectator sport and intellectually dishonest, how about starting a political sports league. You know Left Vs Right in sports such as boxing, wrestling, cage fighting, women's roller derby, etc. Could be a winner and even help break the hyper focus and obsession on current event politics
