and it gives people like redditors the idea that all we need is more therapy and more meds regardless of how much we've gone through. Doesn't matter, we're lazy and it's never enough. Somehow totally healthy way to view mental illness. Just throw everything onto the mentally ill and expect them to spend their entire lives in therapy going nowhere.

People like this are also the ones who yell the loudest any empathy, but can’t grasp the importance of two way relationships or communication.

They’re the ones who tell everyone else to attend therapy but could learn a lot from cbt.

They clearly can’t empathize but charm is the most important thing for attractiveness, etc

It’s fun to use my mental heath problems to expose them even if it doesn’t make a difference because being an asshole may as well be a career for so many.

I got nothing to lose anymore though thanks to them and some doctors wouldn’t expect me to last much longer anyway
