Fuck People Who Get Everything

I am so sick of my friends getting handed everything by people. I'm a senior and at school one of my close friends gets just about everything she wants all the time and half the time she doesn't even apply or ask they just hand it to her, and it is so frustrating as someone who always tries and never gets any opportunities. There was a speech that needed to be done for an assembly and I was talking to a teacher about how I am interested and she went and asked my friend to do the speech because she seems like a good student? What. Why not me? Am I that incapable. Seriously. There was also a talk on the enviroment by professionals and I begged my friend to come since I didn't want to go solo and at the end of the conference the teacher who brought out asked her to do a speech summarising her opinion. I had to tell her what to say and ect. since she knew jack shit about the enviroment and what had been discussed. Keep in mind we have both known this teacher for a long time equally interacting but for some reason he just is obsessed with her. He also gave her captain of the debate team despite the fact that I go more often... Fuck this.
