Fourth Estate Fearful
Freedom of the press is one of the first things to go in an authoritarian state, and seems like the owners for the Washington Post and LA Times, two major newspapers, believe the one is coming this next election w/ Trump and want to start things off on his good side by overriding their editorial boards' decision to endorse Harris. Washington Post is owned by Amazon's Jeff Bezos. Amazon Web Service (AWS) has billions in government contracts which could be in jeopardy if Bezos finds himself on Trump's wrong side, but he could get even more contracts thrown his way for doing this "favor" for Trump.
