Every relationship I get into is the same

Every relationship I get into is the same. We move in together, then before long I work multiple jobs while the other person works part time or is chronically unemployed. They sit on their asses at home "looking for work" and I come home from a 12 hour day to a filthy house and nothing to eat, and an expectation that I will cook and clean and budget and shop and deprive myself off what little I still enjoy to buy them shit I can't afford either way. And somehow it's never enough. I'm why they are anxious or depressed or whatever they claim is wrong with their mental health to make me feel like an asshole for wanting the relationship to be a good part of my life rather than something I owe it to them to do their way for no special reason.

I guess I should go to therapy and figure out what the hell is wrong with me that I keep getting into these situations. Unfortunately my health insurance is famously crap for mental health coverage. I guess I'll have to somehow hide the fact that I'm taking an entire hour and $150-200 out of my own week and paychecks to take care of myself until this situation gets swept into the river like they all do.
