Diplomacy
I have seen and overhead a lot of things. I keep them to myself. I will take it with me to the grave. I know that if I open my mouth and say the truth, things might get worse. With age, I have developed a filter. Sometimes, inappropriate small stuff comes out while I am joking or chatting. But major damaging things stay inside me. Sometimes silence and careful choice of words is more important. The art of diplomacy comes as we age. We turn into mini peacekeepers and we learn how to work around different personalities. I have aged and become wiser. However, deep within me is still a tiny little girl. Sometimes, when nobody looks a tear might roll down my cheeks. I just do not let anybody see it. I do not cry anymore.And I am what I am. No matter how a person is born or how their brain is wired, we are all people at the end of the day trying their best. So stop with the online death threats.
