Deviantart Wackos

I've been on Deviantart for over 10 years now, and every day I get pushed closer to just abandoning the site. Aside from the fact that the admins are probably the most idiotic, inconsiderate, and uncaring assholes, who force so many unwanted changes on the website without even giving a shit about listening to its users, causing things to become almost unbearable to use- the people on the site are disgusting, creepy, and just down right stupid.

First off, I can't stand people who make random-ass ships, with canon character. I literally saw someone who paired Edward Cullen up with Shira...a fucking cartoon cat, from Ice Age. Who the hell comes up with these twisted fantasies and ideas? I mean, sure, 9/10 these people are like...insanely autistic (which makes sense, you'd have to be autistic to be that much of a freak) people really need to learn that their weird ass fantasies are best played out, in their head. No one else wants to see that shit.

Not to mention the abundance of fetish art. People have some of the sickest fetishes out there. Of course majority of it is just furry porn. It's Deviantart, of course it's mostly run by furries. But then you just get these weirdos, yet again, mostly autistic. Who draw dirty diaper fetishes, fart fetishes, feet fetishes- honestly, what the hell is wrong with people? When I see a diaper fetish, all I think of is a child, so in my mind, you're fantasizing about a child.

And speaking of children, do you know how many times I've had to report images/stories and users for posting, drawing or writing about child porn? Most of it is fictional (not that, that's any better) but one time I actually had t report an actual image, of a CHILD, completely naked, in suggestive positions. Do you know how sick and disgusting that was? Despite DA admins being worthless pieces of shit. At least they acted upon that report quickly and took it down almost immediately.

Then you get the people on there who are trying to sell things, but how the most idiotic rules. Actually, what prompted me to write this post, is the fact that I came across someone selling characters today and were like "If you buy a character from me, you're not allowed to sell it. You have to give it back." followed immediately by "I do not do refunds no matter what." So, you're telling me that if I buy a character from you, add a ton of value to said character through art or whatever else, I simply have to "give it back" because you don't want me to sell it? Fuck you lmfao. I'll buy your character, block you, and tell you to eat fucking shit if it's a problem. Your rules are so dumb and pointless. Once I purchase that character from you, I OWN THE RIGHTS. It's like, going out and buying a car, spending thousands on it, just for the dealer to be like "Well, return it, with no refund if you don't want it. You can't sell it." People seriously need to learn how to run a business. Then they get pissed when no one buys their shit, and if you explain to them why that is, they get even angrier and say "MY DESIGNS MY RULES, DON'T LIKE IT, DON'T BUY IT!" Like, cool. I'm not, but you cried about no one wanting your shit, and that's why.

Don't even get me started on DNI's (do not interact) those things are honestly the most idiotic rules I ever heard. DNI if you like this show, DNI if you dislike this song, DNI if you think me faking multiple personalities is bad. Like honestly, anyone who makes a DNI, is opening themselves up to be bullied, belittled, and disrespected. I know I've gone out of my way to do things on someone's DNI list, just because it's there. "It costs nothing to be nice." yeah, well, it costs nothing to disrespect someone too. You can't have your cake and eat it at the same time. Don't make stupid, pointless DNIs lol. OH, AND THAT BEING SAID! I do respect legit DNIs btw. Like if someone made a DNI that said "DNI if you're over this age (because I'm a minor) or DNI if you're racist/homophobic/etc." those DNIs I can respect. I'm just not going to respect someone's completely stupid DNI of "I hate the show Spongebob so DNI if you like it." Don't make DNIs if you want people to respect you lmfao. I literally everyone I've talked to about DNIs think they're the most idiotic thing, and they never respect them.

Overall, Deviant art or any website that's similar to it, honestly, is just a shitty website that allows the freaky pedophiles and other worthless creeps to run rampant.
