"if you have a problem, just cAlL CuStOmEr SuPpOrT!!!!111"Shut the fuck up, I'm not going to call a number just to be told all the representatives are assisting other customers at fucking odd hours of the day be on hold for 10 minutes just to have a chat with a representative that may or may not solve the problem I want to solve and then I have to go to the back of the line and do the whole process all over again, when I could be listening to music instead and the phone call software drains my phone battery. And I'm too socially anxious to have phone calls. Fuck that shit I don't trust phone support anymore
