Crush sleeping on My Couch

Been crushing on this guy for months and now he’s sleeping on my couch and I’m still awake. To be honest, I just want him to sleep on my bed with me. As innocent as it is haha I don’t even know how to ask if he’s comfortable with that.

The truth is he’s this amazing guy who always is trying to support me or encourage me. It really breaks my heart whenever he gets in a sad mood because it sinks and settles for weeks. He’s my coworker and neighbor and we aren’t allowed to see each other, but I just want to love him, you know? The problem is he’s SO nice to everyone and I don’t know if I’m just another friend he hangs out with. How do I ask him to join me in sleeping on my bed and how do I get him to think about me romantically?

By the way we are both in University.

I was just in the same position. We did end up sleeping in my bed together for nearly a month (nothing sexual) and it's ending in heartbreak. Please be carefully hun, if you get attached too quickly or fall for him really hard, and things don't end out the way you want them too, you are going to feel so hurt and broken. I wish you all the best luck that you have a chance with him and better luck that I did with this kind of situation.

Kiss him. Break the physical barrier, or it won't go well. I was in a similar situation, but I perceived so much physical distance from this girl and like.. we had spent years taking turns liking each other.

I found out I was going to need to move. I wanted to stay to be with her, but I could't read her signals like.. the relationship had a weird dynamic. I feel like I was a bit silly until my mid 20s


Or even, tell him you like him! Make it obvious you would like a deeper relationship somehow! Special things don't come along all the time, and it's much better knowing things wouldn't work out than wondering what could be.
