Coworker sabotage

Literally every workplace i go coworkers sabotage me or think I'm the best ever no in between.

It's fucking bull shit actually. I'm the best worker no joke but I get on peoples nerves if you want someone who sucks up your ass because I only care about doing a perfect job, protecting myself and basically being successful. I don't care what you think. I also care about getting pussy. The combination leads to conflict because I make people jealous of my work and usually manager egos. If they care about money usually they adore me. So thats the trouble some government jobs don't care about money or are backward union centric. Or political. I just care about money. So I Literally have to save my work stuff on usb because coworkers went on office computer sabotaging it. I have it under control now but actually fucked that I have to. I would like to set up a business and leave.
