I studied today for 2 hours. After 2 hours at a stretch, the brain gets tired and nothing goes into the brain.
It is been a few weeks and I have mostly stuck to my strict diet and exercise plan.
Right now I walk around like ugly with untucked shirt because I have belly fat. It looks horrible. Once I become size 10 US for women, I will tuck my neatly ironed shirts into my jeans and trousers. This gives a neat and professional look for both men and women.
Next week - my diet/meal prep plan is inspired by Princess Diana and Princess Kate.
1. Roasted stuffed bell peppers. Stuffing has mushroom, onion, garlic, spices, herbs, ground chicken, zucchini, old rice. I will cut out the cheese.
2. Roasted Greek potatoes, Roasted Greek style chicken, Salad
3. Dal/lentil soup with veggies in it
4. Quinoa power lunch containing roasted veggies like sweet potato. Seasoned with olive oil and lime juice. Skip the cheese.
