So many "Boss ass" babes didn't get their way today at work

I work at a grocery store.

One of my front-end supervisors is a female. She got upset with me when she ordered me to help bag for a cashier. You see, I'm a new cashier at a grocery store and all cash registers were full. I had just arrived, so I asked her what I should do. She asked me to bag for a cashier but all cashiers had baggers.

Except for a few seconds, one of the baggers stepped away from his lane and my supervisor ordered me to: "go there!....behind the lady right there!"

Me: "okay, there's like 6 ladies"

My supervisor: (visibly angry) "LITERALLY RIGHT THERE! ON REGISTER 5!"

Mind you, none of the cash register lanes have numbers anywhere on them. Apparently I was just supposed to know which way the lanes start counting from 1-6

So obviously I'm like which one is register 5?

She's like: (visibly angry)

Eventually I desiphered what she was trying to get me to do but she definitely got pestered over something she could've easily avoided.

Then later at night, a lady customer asks me if the bakery is closed soon after I clocked out for my shift. I was shopping for my own groceries after clocking out.

Lights in the bakery are closed, nobody is back there, it's also quiet. Obviously closed

In other words, it's pretty obvious that it's closed down for the night.

Customer: "Is the bakery closed?"

Me: "It closes at 9pm"

Customer: (visibly angry)

Clock: 10:twenty something

Customer: WELL CAN I TALK TO YOUR MANAGER?! (Insert pissed off poopoo face for which emoji doesn't exist yet)

Me: (walks to restroom and takes off my work shirt)

Also me: exits restroom and continues shopping without a care in the world near lady)

Customer: (visibly angry)

Its funny how serious my supervisor takes her job

I can't help but think she feels threatened by me

She can relax though, I don't want her job. There's nothing particularly difficult about our job.

We work inside in an air-conditioned environment. We don't lift anything heavy. We occasionally deal with Karens but nothing to lose sleep over.

EASIEST JOB IN THE WORLD

Me making light of her work apparently offends her because she's a boss ass babe that worker her way up to standing around by the registers and scheduling breaks. Lol

Sadly she doesn't realize that I've already worked her position in the past. There's nothing special about her title.

It's pretty simple stuff, my little sister can do her job and she's only 13

Funny how you give an insecure female a little bit of power and it goes to her head.

The real boss ass babes are entrepreneurs, NOT throwing professional attitude shows at a grocery store or fast food joint

They really think they all that because they got promoted to wagie supervisor

Most dudes reject the offer at these jobs because they see it as a waste of time.....well, at least I do.

If I'm working with you at a McMinimumWagie job, it's only temporary. You don't have to worry about me competing for that lame $1-3 promotion. I've worked higher paying jobs simply by switching jobs. Lol

I don't feel bad about my inactions today. I pretty much dealth with an insecure "boss" and a spoiled brat who didn't get her way.

Not my job to regulate their emotions.
