I go from one extreme to another, either i count every calorie, carb, fat, sugar to every exact gram or eat like a pig. Some days I eat below 900 calories and strictly make sure i don’t go over but sometimes i eat nearly 3000 calories. these are only a few days apart and my body is constantly tired and i feel drowsy and nauseous a lot. no matter what all i see is a fat body and i have a desire to look so skinny i look sick. i want people to worry and notice how skinny i’ve gotten.
