Am I giving more than I receive

I care for my friends dearly. I'll always cherish them for the time we hang out and the things we do together. But only when they remember to invite me or we meet up at some big event. I always consider them, if they're in trouble, I'll help them out. If they need to rant, I'll listen to them. If they want to hang, I make time. But all the events they plan, I'm never invited to. It's always other friends that they have in mind. I've helped them out by giving them money even when I'm facing some issues myself, but I never get any support in return. Christmas presents are given to them, and they tell me that they'll get me something next year, cause it was a surprise to them, but next year rolls around and I'm just left with money out of my wallet and nothing given back in return. Yes, I know that nobody forced me to do any of this. And that giving to them is out of my own free will, without any expectations to that it be returned, but I'd just like that occasionally, people think of me and include me from time to time.
