As long as this pandemic keeps going on, I keep losing weight because I do not eat outside. Plus, I have become pescatarian. I do training with resistance bands and exercise too. But, I feel weak. How do I increase body strength? I want to be strong and muscular. I am just looking more petite and thinner. I want to be strong.
