Trump Wields His Tiny Bully Stick

Venezuela is such a failed state that it and its oil are almost irrelevant globally even though one of the largest reserves in the world. The world markets did not even register what went on in Venezuela with oil prices staying the same.

Now what would register is if Trump decided to render the currently most troublemaking leader in the world to face a court of justice. No, not himself who's a close second, but his frenemy Putin. Not likely to happen though because for one Russia for all it economic challenges, it still hangs on by a thread to First World status backed by the fact it plays up the European part of is Eurasia location on the world stage and keeps the largest and most profitable Asia part mainly out of the picture, making it more relatable to Trump's US & the West as some wayward cousin that still remains family they have to deal with that also most importantly has the ability to make global winter coat weather.

TL;DR: Trump's a bully and they only pick fights with people they can easily beat to keep themselves from getting hurt.
