Traveling Money

Qatar handed over a plane worth $400M for free to solve a problem they had, namely to stay top of mind for consideration by and access to a person that has the power to remove most if not all roadblocks on their path to diversify their nation's economy and personal finances from being oil based. Other rich Gulf States have given tributes for the same reason to this person. So why not take 1.5% of the value of the jet $6M and see if it'll make another regional problem resolve. Give directly to each Palestinian $1M to leave the area and set up somewhere else of their choosing. Countries are more likely to accept refugees that will not be taking resources/jobs away from their own citizens or that won't be stuck with yet another UN "temporary" forever Palestinian refugee camp that other some countries have been saddled with. The Palestinian situation is untenable, Israel is not ever going to do a 2 state solution. This fact should be evident by the stepped up occupation of West Bank lands and the stated goal of occupying Gaza; Palestinians will be leaving Israel on way or another, $1M in traveling money will make the trip better.
