Trapped

I hate it here. Everyday my mom expresses that she doesn't know anything about me like interest wise but then whenever I have interest in something she shuts it down. I took a 15 minute break from doing homework to play volleyball and before my 15 minutes were even up she calls me into the house. She yelled at me and hit me and said I need to stop playing around and work. But yet everyday she always says the same thing that I don't tell her what I like to do and theres a simple answer....nothing. I don't have anything that I like to do because every time I try to find something I like I'm not allowed to do it anymore because its "distracting" me from my work. I only had like 3 interest, volleyball, music and watching tv. But I'm not allowed to have my phone during school hours anymore because I like to listen to music while I work and thats "distracting". I only ever watch the shows I like once she falls asleep. I can't play volleyball since it takes time away from working. When I told her that I bought a volleyball she asked me "for what? you don't even go outside" and yet a week earlier I went out for a run and she called me and told me to go home that I'm not allowed out anymore. So how can I have a hobby if she literally won't let me. She always says that I need to go out and that I don't have a social life but if I get caught on the phone with my friends I'm doing something wrong.
