Tales from the Discord

I posted recently about a Halo Discord I casually used for speed running. I'm not into speeding or that much into games anymore, it was just something for fun. And I posted how the dickhead moderator there cheats and I'm done using it.

I was on break today and looked at the Discord since I had a few minutes. Someone new was posting about what controller they were using, and? The cheating pathetic, dickhead manchild moderator got onto them because it wasn't the controller other people are using.

Maybe not everyone can afford or wants to blow $70 on a new XBOX controller and there's no need to. For context this is a speed running "community" centered around the first 3 Halo games. There are maybe 100 members on there and most are inactive.

This shit anywhere in cliquey settings where new people get shit on by people who think just because they've been there long enough that they're above the rules. Fuck you.

I'm just glad I'm not the fucking loser moderator. Does it feel good to cheat to have the "best" times in the Discord, when these times aren't shit to the ones people have set for the same levels fucking decades ago? No one believes your Mr. Positivity shit and knows you are a loser. Maybe stop shitting on people and get off the internet and get a job.
