Stupid f**king job applications

OMFG!!!! What is with, seriously!, the amount of job applications on indeed where, when you click on "apply," the company forces you to go through their own application bullsh!t?! What is the PURPOSE of filling out an application and using indeed anyway, when we gotta do it ALL OVER again for another website? ..and then another... and then another?!!!!!!!!!?

Worse!!!!! Why is it that modern day drop down menus suck ass? For example: in the past, if you had to scroll to, say, "xavier," you either had to click, drop down, scroll all the way down to 'xavier' - OR - as I used to do: simply, hit "x" on my keyboard, and it would scroll ALL the way down to the "x"s. Nope. Can't do that s!mple shit anymore!!!!

Last and I promise I'll stop: TAX CREDIT?! Why do we need to fill out this sh!t when we haven't even been OFFERED a job, let alone been hired?! We have to reveal some very personal information, details across an internet that, in 2025, is less secure & more hacked than ever before.
