Should I file a formal complaint against my professor?

This professor has been repeately rude and unprofessional when critiquing my work, calling my drawings "crappy" "horrible", and "cheesy".

This professor has even insulted my admission in my graudate program.

I have an email sitting in my drafts to the dean of students in my college about complaining about my professor. Should I send it?

I understand that you are hurt. I do not know how professional your drawings were. There are two possibilities:
1. He wants you to improve
2. You have annoyed him and he has a personal grudge.
The way that I see it, complaining will make things work. Ask him what can I do to improve? "Could you make suggestions for me to improve? Any hints?"
Were there any witnesses during the incidents? Just for your safety, make a note of it in your notebook if things get real bad. Make note of time and date of incidents too.
