School

As a student, I think schools need to go back to actually teaching students the basics like reading, math, science, etc etc etc instead of getting involved in students personal lives especially when we didn’t ask for that. If I wanted some sort of help, I would ask.

I’m saying this because there’s this girl who I have never met or even had classes with before, but apparently she’s got this weird parasocial friendship with me. She came up to me one day and asked for a piece of my birthday cake someone gave me and I said no. I was only sharing with my friends. I think that’s reasonable.
She didn’t so she threw a massive tantrum and told everyone I hit her and that’s why people found her crying on one of the staircases. I got into a shit ton of trouble, no one believed me, and I was basically told I have to “make up with her” and learn to be friends or else I won’t graduate. They even told me I should be grateful they’re even giving me this option because they could’ve easily expelled me for “bullying”.

I hate this girl. Ever since that happened, she’s become clingy and entitled to everything about my life. I literally have to hide indoors somewhere during lunch time with my friends because she starts crying if she sees me hanging out with others without inviting her.

Last week, this girl even visited my boyfriend’s house. i know this because we were on the phone together because I was on my way to his house. I heard her crying to him and begging him to break up with me because she didn’t “ship us” together. My boyfriend obviously said “wtf no get out of here” and she at least left.

This is the dumbest shit in the world. I shouldn’t be held back or threatened to be held back without getting a chance to explain myself AND being forced to be someone’s friend on top of that. Schools shouldn’t have that type of power over a students personal life. I shouldn’t have to be friends with someone I’ve never met, never had interest in befriending, and definitely hate now.

The cherry on top is that this girl fetishizes the hell out of my culture / my parents home country while also making comments that I swear have racist connotations to them.
She dumb as hell so idk if she understands the things she says is actually extremely offensive, but again, I shouldn’t be forced to be friends with someone who fetishizes me just so I can graduate.

It honestly feels demeaning.

Idk if this matters, but if it wasn’t obvious, I am a girl myself. I feel like I’m being harassed by this girl and that the school taking her side had basically given her the power to force herself into my life.

I feel like none of this would be happening if the school didn’t tell me I wouldn’t be able to graduate if I didn’t become her friend to make up for what I did (which I never did in the first place but they won’t listen).
