Sadistic tendencies towards fictional characters

I don't know why, Andi know that I'd immediately start crying if I even so much as snapped at an actual person- but fictional characters.... especially those I like!....

Oh how I want to put them through so much agony!

I am a morbid person. And an actress (ifff we're talking high school theater ;-;) and ive been..... Worried about this... To say the least.

1- (ive only had crushes on fictional characters) I gain these crushes after watching them live through a moment of physical pain (mind you these crushes can last years and I don't get crushes when I still like one. The current one has been alive for seven years. Yes it is concerning.). And not like 'ooh no my feelings hurt' or 'oops I got an owie'. I'm talking about gasping for air because the pain is making it hard to breathe. Where blood I flowing so fast that the character is choking on their own fear. Where they're in absolute agony and you can just close your eyes and listen to the wonderful voice acting the actors do as the character half gasps half chokes on their pain. I have practiced such scenes for myself and made some people cry...;-; not....entirely proud......

2- my characters don't go two weeks without being stabbed. Its a problem, and writing them doubled over in pain d vulnerable is one of my stress relievers.
