relationship advice

i’ve been with my girlfriend for 4 years going on 5 and have known her since middle school. we have been best friends and started dating freshmen year of high school. she has been so loving and kind to me but she gets very jealous when i talk to anyone other than her and just immediately accuses me of liking them. i feel like i can’t have friends and she always gets pissed and doesn’t talk to me when she finds out i’ve been talking with people. i have no idea what to do and i’ve talk to her several times about this. it’s so bad because she dms them telling them to f off. i literally have no friends because of this. i constantly reassure her i only love her and will never cheat on her. i think she’s insecure but i don’t know if this is healthy or not.
