Public service improvements

I'm a public servant. The fact we duplicate the same soil tests as private companies who often hire people who have better qualifications to us is insane. Abolish government soil testing for compliance, abolish nata. Outsource investigation work thats the soil laboratories done and abolished. Now for engineers again duplication no more main roads and roadtek engineers when the private companies know what they are doing. Cut them out. So much government waste in my department. Outsource design to private draftsman companies. Okay next thing is human resources the worse waste of money abolish all regional human resources and hire a some amount of lawyers instead. Cut finance people with a trim. Next the regional management need to be slashed. Next the local regions have way too mich say on things in their regions. They need to be given less say on their coworkers exoense claims its corrupt. Next procedures rationalised by streamlining them. Ban union propaganda on government premises. Next unions will be only allowed to operate under rules to ensure they dont break laws if found union members breach any laws protecting other union members it should be 10 years in jail because its corrupt.
