Pay gap

The media often talk about a pay gap but I can't think of any industry outside of the media, film industries that have pay gaps. If I work for the government women in my category get the sake pay unless they are personal staff. So sone of the well connected get better pay in government which might help men but not necessarily. I don't support that it is corruption when they can give mates obscene levels of pay outside the normal amount by the way. But that's the establishment right. So the very group of people who say its so terrible are the worse for doing it. So I am just an ordinary government employee on the transport department right so my pay isn't that high it's pretty average not great but just okay I suppose. But the girls I work with are paid the sane and that's just normal so when people talk about a pay gap among normal people it doesn't exist. It's all the people earning millions who tell the rest of us we are terrible that are actually in an industry it's happening. So really they are a bunch of grubs. If my wife was earning less than someone for working in a clothing shop I'd probably beat up the owner. Maybe not I don't know but it depends on my self control but I don't rule out beating the fuck out of him because look I love my wife and nobody fucks her except me and it's the way I fuck her not with lower pay. So I don't accept it's a widespread thing. But I think if there are instances it's for government to cough up the money because it won't happen otherwise it's not for everyone else to pay. So that means printing money. If you say no well it can't happen because lower taxes isn't a solid solution even printing isn't great
