Narcissists

Narcissists

Narcissists are really a whole different category of species. They are monsters created by society because they know right from wrong only on a surface level. They don't know why certain things are right/wrong and never bother to think about it. Some of them even exploit this knowledge for their own benefit, it's so dishusting snd ugly. They know to obey laws and societal norms acting like perfect citizens in public. But in private they rear their ugly face because without the public to judge them there's nothing stopping them. Narcissists always think they're right even when they couldn't be further from truth. And they have poor logical reasoning and memory. Sometimes I wonder if certain narcissists have low IQ because the stuff they say or do is so senseless it's like they just crawled out of their momma womb. Why are narcissists like this? I honestly think scientists need to probe these ppl's brains because it's either diseased or it's missing something crucial.

"Why are narcissists like this?"

If you knew what a narcissist was you would not be asking that question.

That's not a narcissist. I've never heard of a part-time narcissist. Narcissists are either "all in" or they're not narcissists at all. Narcissists are undeterred by the opinions and judgments of others. I gave a narcissist the old heave ho from my life a week ago Sunday.

Narcissists can be braindead stupid or incredibly intelligent. The narcissists in my life have the intelligence of a gnat. I don't mean gnat as in gnat king cole, but gnat as in gnat too bright.

I looked this up for you:

"The word narcissism gets tossed around a lot in our selfie-obsessed, celebrity-driven culture, often to describe someone who seems excessively vain or full of themselves. But in psychological terms, narcissism doesn’t mean self-love—at least not of a genuine sort. It’s more accurate to say that people with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) are in love with an idealized, grandiose image of themselves. And they’re in love with this inflated self-image precisely because it allows them to avoid deep feelings of insecurity. But propping up their delusions of grandeur takes a lot of work—and that’s where the dysfunctional attitudes and behaviors come in.

Narcissistic personality disorder involves a pattern of self-centered, arrogant thinking and behavior, a lack of empathy and consideration for other people, and an excessive need for admiration. Others often describe people with NPD as cocky, manipulative, selfish, patronizing, and demanding. This way of thinking and behaving surfaces in every area of the narcissist’s life: from work and friendships to family and love relationships."

You can read the rest at ****://****.helpguide.org/articles/mental-disorders/narcissistic-personality-disorder.htm

Or because this site will obscure most of what will make that url intelligible you can do your own research. In my personal battle there is no question who the narcissist is. Hint: not me!

Maybe next time you want to rant, you should look up the word you want to use and make sure you know what it means before using it cuz that is not what a narcissist is. I mean, you accessed the internet to write this. You could do the same with finding definitions. Takes two seconds.
I mean, it's kinda obvious. 4 years ago
