These are my life lessons:
1. Avoid communication when you are angry even if you are provoked repeatedly. Walk away. Cool down and then figure out proper legal course of action.
2. There is no need to unnecessarily communicate with and help those, who are disrespectful to you or harm you. Avoid them.
3. Save money.
4. You cannot save everybody. Sometimes you got to look out for yourself. Stop caring so much for everyone because it can be draining.
5. Online dating is hopeless and a waste of time.
6. Follow the law. If you are on the right side of the law, people cannot cause trouble for you even if they want to. If you are ever confused about your rights and rules, have a conversation with someone you can trust and who has got your back. Know the law from top to bottom, it is extremely important.
7. Talk is cheap. Do not take it too personally. It just helps you know who you can trust.
8. Do not trust people who are every time bad mouthing others. All their talk is gossip. If you have nothing good to say about someone, then just keep quiet.
9. Racism exists. Polish yourself up to decrease suffering.
10. Be nice to your coworkers and be professional with them. However, do not try to be a friend.
11. Take care of your health. Werewolf SallyOther March 16, 2025 at 3:28 pm10
Nice list. I'm someone who doesn't really fit in with a lot of people, it is glad of it. The people at my job gossip and use drugs. I don't do any of that. Therefore I'm not really part of most of their conversations, sometimes they try to fuck with me, but ultimately I'm doing better than they are.
I'm not making my self poor by blowing insane amounts on tattoos, vapes, and booze. And have a baby like dependency on instant gratification.
I also am not trying to come into a coworker like one of my supervisors are which is a big fucking no no. One that will likely end with someone leaving/getting fired if it does turn into what I think it will.
And I'm careful never to gossip. From how bad my family was, I have always been careful of what I say to others. I may have people trying to figure out what my deal is, but they don't know and don't have shit on me. I'm on the right side of the law. One where I can pass a fucking drug test, don't have any kind of skeletons of sexual misconduct in my closet, and have stability for once.
My coworkers are all aging poorly. Yet they see no correlation between their lifestyle choices and what they do. Go ahead and drink every night and live off fast food. Retards. anonymous 1 hour ago
