I woke up at 6:30 a.m. I completed making brown rice, Teriyaki vegetable and tofu stir fry, green lentil soup/dal, whole grain pasta in roasted pepper and roasted tomato marina sauce.
I completed laundry.
I will throw out the garbage and recycling
I will go to the store to get ground chicken to make the meatballs to go with the pasta.
I will meal prep my overnight oats jars with oats, blue berries, bananas, milk
I will give myself a weekly facial with vitamins in the evening. I might also go for a 1 hour walk.
