Mental Illness Accusation Grenade
Also known as MIAG, it's the grenade that people always lobs at other people to discredit them. Usually in politics, but this can be in any situation, and sometimes not even with malicious intent.As with any other verbal weapon, the MIAG has gotten overused to the point of having lost most of it's effectiveness when lobbed at people in a public setting, but it is still very effectively used in certain more private settings, especially institutional.
Sometimes statements such as "you are exausted/stressed" is another form of MIAG used for the same purpose.
