This rude-ass lady comes into our business today asking for a refund for something that doesn't exist. She's clearly so poor she has to come scam hard-working businesses for money by making up a story that doesn't even make sense. She claims that something got mixed up and we owe her a refund. She then finally relented and agreed to pay, but her card kept showing "insufficient funds." She then continues to berate me and harass me over how I'm not "running the card right" and how i'm "dumb" because I "dont know how to access the funds." WHAT???? ARE YOU FUCKING RETARDED?????? AT YOUR RIPE OLD AGE, YOU DON'T FUCKING KNOW HOW A FUCKING TRANSACTION WORKS??? YOU THINK I CAN JUST MAKE MONEY THAT YOU DONT HAVE MAGICALLY APPEAR ON YOUR POOR ASS DEBIT CARD THAT HAS NO FUCKING MONEY ON IT???? White trash Karens are the absolute bane of American society. They think they deserve the life of a king when natural selection is trying to kill their useless asses with all the ailments they have. Where does the audacity come from??????? I wanted to slap her and tell her her life is worth NOTHING. Before she left, she slammed her hand on the counter and yelled into my face "I'M WRITING YOU A BAD REVIEW." I said, "go ahead, that's your right." Little does she fucking know, my family owns the fucking store, so have fun with that stupid bitch. These fucking nasty bitches think they're really doing something with their 60 wpm typing speed, leaving dumbass google reviews that clearly show they are the problem and main culprit.
