I am sick of being house poor because these dumb ass politicians want to print money endlessly and bringing up inflation. I need to refinance my fucking house you pieces of shit. There's a bunch of charges/costs involved with a refi. Be very certain you want to do this because it's rolled into the back of your mortgage and it's not always cost effective. If you are paying mortgage insurance, see if you can appraise out of that instead.

OP, can't you find another insult other than 'retarded'? Mental deficiency is no more the sufferer's fault than is blindness or multiple sclerosis. ^ Agreed. My nephew was born with an extra chomosome. He's a sweet, loving little man. The r-word that this barbarian used twice is beyond repulsive. There must be 100 other derogatory words that could have been used instead, yet this repugnant pig (no insult to swine intended) chose to paint himself as insensitive human TRASH.

I actually agree with the main thrust of his rant, but his prejudiced choice of words makes him out to be a monster. Downvoted.
